Terms and Conditions 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using SP Mobile Mechanics Limited’s services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

1. Service Agreement: 

By scheduling a service appointment with SP Mobile Mechanics Limited, you agree to abide by the terms of our service agreement. This includes allowing our technicians to perform necessary repairs and maintenance on your vehicle, as well as agreeing to pay for services rendered. 

2. Payment Terms: 

Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. All parts remain the property of SP MOBILE MECHANICS LIMITED until balance paid in full. No warranty on parts or workmanship given until balance paid in full

We accept cash, credit cards (subject to a 1.99% convenience fee), debit cards, internet banking, Afterpay, Cardsmart cards, and Work and Income quotes. 

Failure to pay for services rendered may result in additional fees and legal action to recover outstanding payments. 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 

 

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

4. Liability: 

While we strive to provide high-quality service, SP Mobile Mechanics Limited shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. 

5. Warranty on Parts: 

We provide a warranty on parts installed during service appointments. The length of the warranty may vary depending on the type of part. Please inquire with our team for specific warranty details. 

6. Workmanship Warranty: 

We offer a one-year warranty on our workmanship, covering defects in workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions or issues caused by negligence or misuse. 

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: 

SP Mobile Mechanics Limited reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
